About

Depth compounds. Volume doesn't.

Got Your Back is the recruiter in your corner for every application you take seriously. It's software, and the product is the service: it isn't a resume-writing service, a coach, or a recruiter-for-hire. It holds your whole career in one place, reads each job the way the hiring team will, asks the questions that surface what your resume missed, and keeps track after you hit send. The idea is simple: nobody should run a job search without someone on their side of the table.

It's built by Josh Keeler, who spent nearly a decade as a recruiter running the exact boolean searches a resume has to survive to land in front of a real person. That's what recruiters actually do, not the "ATS score" most resume tools sell you, which is mostly an invented number. This tool is built on what happens at the search-and-skim stage, because that stage decides everything else.

Then came years as a stuntman, circus strongman and performer: work where you're judged on presence and range, not paperwork. That's the insight underneath the product. What makes someone right for the room is rarely what's on the page, and the job is to find it and make the honest case.

Honest is the operative word. Every claim it makes has to be something you'd actually say out loud in an interview. It won't invent experience you don't have, and it won't tell you a bad-fit job is a good one just to be encouraging. Sometimes the honest answer is "skip this one," and that's on purpose. It's not the fastest way to blast out fifty applications a week. It's the way to make the ones you actually care about land.

This is a small, independently run product, not a venture-backed platform. If something's broken or confusing, an actual person reads the report — see the contact page.
